Everyone is welcome to join us as we walk in the City of Bellaire’s 4th of July parade. The parade starts at 9:30, so please be at the starting location no later than 9:00. The staging location is at the intersection of Valerie and South Rice. Parking is available at the Bellaire Library, Condit Elementary, Bellaire Recreation Center and/or along the nearby neighborhood streets as long as you do not block someone’s driveway.
